The "Magic Gourd" commonly known as the Calabash or Wu Lo

The Magic Gourd commonly known as the calabash or Wu Lo is an ancient health miracle wonder. The dried out gourd is used by the Chinese as container for medicine and wines for a long time.

Calabash (Wu Lo) is an ancient classical Feng Shui remedy against sickness energy. The calabash symbolises the image of Dui trigram which is yin metal from heaven.

Feng Shui - Singapore ArtScience Museum

The new Singapore ArtScience Museum architecture has a hole in the center. Is this Feng Shui? In my opinion, it resembles the ancient Chinese homes with an opened court yard in the center where Yang Qi is constantly getting into the house.

Feng Shui Renovation Planning 2011 - 2012

We have just entered the new year of the Rabbit on 4th Feb 2011. Throughout the year of the Rabbit which is from 4th Feb 2011 to 4th Feb 2012, there are certain locations or sectors of a property that house owners or tenants should avoid renovation works.

This article is to assist in renovation planning. Whether to renovate this year or renovate next year, after 4th Feb 2012.

In 2011, the following location within a house should be left quiet and renovation should be avoided : -

East where the Grand Duke (Tai Sui) and 5 Yellow (Wu Wang) are located.
West where the 3 killings (Sam Sart) is located.

In 2012, the following location should be left quiet or no renovation should be done :-

South East where the Grand Duke (Tai Sui) and 5 Yellow (Wu Wang) will be located.
South where the 3 killings (Sam Sart) will be located.

Below are the Bagua map showing the annual afflicted sectors that should be kept quiet (without any renovation) for your renovation planning.
