Feng Shui Renovation Planning 2013 - 2014

We have just entered the middle of the year 2013. The year of the snake. The new year 2014, the year of the Horse will starts on 4th Feb 2014. Throughout the year of the Snake which is from 4th Feb 2013 to 4th Feb 2014, there are certain locations or sectors of a property that house owners or tenants should avoid renovation works.

This article is to assist in renovation planning. Whether to renovate in the year 2013 or to renovate next year. That is after 4th Feb 2014.

In 2013, the following locations or sectors within a house should be left quiet and renovation should be avoided : -

South East 3 where the Grand Duke (Tai Sui), and East where the 3 killings (Sam Sart) are located.  The 5 Yellow (Wu Wang) is located in the center, hence, there is no issue with the 5 yellow (Wu Wang), as the center is not a sector of the Bagua.

In 2014, the following locations should be left quiet or no renovation should be done :-

South 2 due to the Grand Duke (Tai Sui)

North West due to the 5 Yellow (Wu Wang)

North due to the 3 killings (Sam Sart).

Business Feng Shui - Mountain & River

Mountain and Water

 

For exterior feng shui, buildings are virtual mountains while roads and highways are modern equivalent of rivers. Hence, buildings and roads influence the feng shui of a space or your business premise. 

Cities have qi movement and qi reflection that are chaotic and unpredictable as more buildings and roads are built. Traffic flows are re-planed and diverted regularly. These add to changes in qi flow and qi settlement, hence making external feng shui change frequently which resulted in rise and fall of business organisations.

For interior feng shui, note that the furniture such as a wall cabinets, partitions, tables, cupboard, sofa and others are equivalent to mountains. Besides the interior water feature, the open spaces are considered as virtual water. Pathways act as river and human traffic act as water. Hence the flow of qi and it take an experienced feng shui master to sees the way qi flows and settles inside a business premise. The way an office is planned and the layout directs human activities which resulted in qi flows and settlement,

Note that a moving elevator is also equivalent to a moving river in a shopping centre.

We have just entered the new year of the Rabbit on 4th Feb 2011. Throughout the year of the Rabbit which is from 4th Feb 2011 to 4th Feb 2012, there are certain locations or sectors of a property that house owners or tenants should avoid renovation works.

This article is to assist in renovation planning. Whether to renovate this year or renovate next year, after 4th Feb 2012.

In 2011, the following location within a house should be left quiet and renovation should be avoided : -

East where the Grand Duke (Tai Sui) and 5 Yellow (Wu Wang) are located.
West where the 3 killings (Sam Sart) is located.

In 2012, the following location should be left quiet or no renovation should be done :-

South East where the Grand Duke (Tai Sui) and 5 Yellow (Wu Wang) will be located.
South where the 3 killings (Sam Sart) will be located.

By the way, 2012 is the Chinese Year of the Dragon. The year of the Chinese Zodiac sign of the Dragon starts on the 4th Feb 2012 at 18.24 (120E). Please note that Feng Shui and Bazi, both Chinese Astrology follow the Solar (Hsia) Calendar.

The Chinese New Year, CNY, which is the Chinese Lunar New Year in 2012 will fall on 23rd Jan 2012.
