House hunting with Feng Shui - Part 2

Drive around within a 3km radius of the house to observe the environmental forms that may affect the quality of qi in the area. While you are driving within the 3km radius of the property, consider the shape of land, type of land, mountain, landscape feng shui, and water form. I have described in part 1 about examining the lands and mountains in the external surrounding while hunting for your dream house.

In this article, you will learn about examining the water formations in the external surrounding. If the location of the water form in relation to the house is correctly oriented according to feng shui principle, money will never be a problem.

Water formation
In feng shui, having a correctly located natural water form is the most powerful feature that can enhance income and wealth.

Types of Exterior Natural Water Form:
 a)   Rivers and streams
 b)   Seas and oceans
 c)   Plain lakes and ponds
 d)   Lakes or ponds with waterfall

What Shall I Observe?
Look for water formations that denote a good circulation of qi.  Avoid areas that have negative water formations. The water formations stated below could be found in the exterior natural water forms.
 Auspicious Water Formations
  • Jade Belt Water
  • Nine Curve Water
  • Four Water converging into One Formation
  • Cascading Water
Inauspicious Water Formations
  • Bow Formation
  • Cutting Feet Water
  • Piercing Shoulder Water
·   Note that the natural water is superior to artificially created water form. However, it is difficult to locate the exterior natural water form in modern cities and towns. When there is an absence of exterior natural water form, you can create exterior artificial water form to activate wealth luck.
