Office Feng Shui for profit

This article provide you the feng shui art of placement of your office desk and hence your sitting orientation in relation to your office layout for a successful career and profitability of your business whether you work in a large corporate office, home office or a soho.

The arrangement of our office table in relation to the door of our office room is very important in feng shui perspective to attract and retain fortunate energy for the success of the occupant of the office for a successful career or business profit.

Most office design has a beautiful window view on one side and the door to the office on the opposite side. With such common layout design, it is very common for most people to sit with the window behind them so that they can face the door. This is bad feng shui arrangement

To be successful in your career, you have to arrange so that you do not sit with the window behind you. Without a solid wall behind your sitting arrangement, you would not receive the needed support from your superiors, peers or subordinates which is so important for the success of any career person.

Try to arrange your sitting with a solid wall behind you to gain the needed support for a successful career. Let the beautiful window view be at one side of your office working desk.

To enjoy additional feng shui benefits for a successful career, you should take into consideration your facing direction with 8-Mansion Compass Formula and the location of your office desk and office door with Flying Stars Feng Shui.

Business Feng Shui - Declutter your office

Declutter your office

Clutter like unfinished projects, unused papers, unresolved works, disorganized office stationeries and files stimulate negative qi. Your career will become a mess, and you will have lesser opportunity for career advancements. Hence, declutter your office and re-establish order on your desk to improve work performance, work productivity and business wealth.

Physical clutter breeds mental clutter, and it disturbs the energy flow in the office and a build-up of yin qi . Thus, clear your clutter, and arrange your office desk nicely to activate and stimulate flows of positive yang energy. As you free up your mental and emotional burden, you will feel lighter, more cheerful and more optimistic in your working space.

Clean the floors and surfaces, and wash the curtains. Take everything off your desk, and clean up any cluttered areas around it. Remove anything unused, and delete the unused icons on your desktop. If possible, do not have paper trays on desks. Only have items that are used every day and limited papers on your desk. Other items and papers should be placed elsewhere like in the file cabinets, desk drawers, and storage cabinets.

Keep your desk surface clean and clutter free at all times, as it is a symbolic of your state of mind. Keep all files including hardcopy and softcopy in order, as they represent the past, present, and future of the
business. All files should be well-organized and be treated with respect. Only add things that are lovely, positive and career-enhancing.

You don't need a feng shui consultant to advise you on decluttering, this you can diy. For more business feng shui tips, visit us at 1FengShui.com.

Business Feng Shui - Mountain & River

Mountain and Water

For exterior feng shui, buildings are virtual mountains while roads and highways are modern equivalent of rivers. Hence, buildings and roads influence the feng shui of a space or your business premise.

Cities have qi movement and qi reflection that are chaotic and unpredictable as more buildings and roads are built. Traffic flows are re-planed and diverted regularly. These add to changes in qi flow and qi settlement, hence making external feng shui change frequently which resulted in rise and fall of business organisations.

For interior feng shui, note that the furniture such as a wall cabinets, partitions, tables, cupboard, sofa and others are equivalent to mountains. Besides the interior water feature, the open spaces are considered as virtual water. Pathways act as river and human traffic act as water. Hence the flow of qi and it take an experienced feng shui master to sees the way qi flows and settles inside a business premise. The way an office is planned and the layout directs human activities which resulted in qi flows and settlement,

Note that a moving elevator is also equivalent to a moving river in a shopping centre.

Business Feng Shui

Increase Your Concentration, Productivity, Prosperity and Abundance

Would you like your business to be more prosperous - making profit and no cashflow problem?

Would you like a more harmonious work environment that supports you and the people you work with?

How to increase your concentration and productivity in work?

What to do when your staffs do not get along?

Business & office complex

Avoid irregular shaped property

Avoid irregular shaped property

First of all, get a regular shaped business property with regular shaped office rooms. Besides increasing work productivity, you can also apply compass formula more effectively in a regular shaped business property.

Note that if the missing sector does not constitute more than one-third of the section, then it is not considered as a missing sector. When there is a missing sector, check what represents the missing sector trigram. Each irregular shape sector has to be analysed separately.

Have open center

Do not have staircase in the center

Do not have store room in the center

Basically, we should not trap the heaven’s heart, which is the center of the office. Any “room” including the toilet, storeroom, staircase, meeting room, office room or any body of water should not be at the center of the office. An open center will let qi flow freely.
